ZBA Training provided by Attorney Kari Olson from Murtha Cullina LLP. Attorney Olson presented a powerpoint providing a general overview of the responsibilities of and the regulations governing Zoning Boards of Appeal (see attachment dated May 3, 2012).
During the presentation, Attorney Olsen answered questions from the Commissioners about specific topics of discussion, and about decisions made by the Zoning Board of Appeals on a selected sampling of applications previously received by the ZBA.
